Pro american populace?

Ummm, no. They DO hate their government, but that should be in NO WAY construed as an indicator that they like Americans....they do not.

I know a bunch of Iranian nationals at my school; that's where I got my info.

If revolution will mean they won't hate Israel like in the days of the Shah, I'm all for it...

Iran supports them both, fairly evenly. Hezbollah is mainly supported by Lebanon and Syria. The Palestinian Authority (May it soon be melted sand, Amen), and Hillary Clinton (May she shut up for once, Amen) support Hamas.

Well, the US government said they and their allies were going to destablaize the government of Iran.

Actually, most Iranian people admire the United States, we are not the "great satan" in their eyes that the Ayotolla tried to portray. Most women in Iran remember the reforms that the Shah led, for example women in Imperial Iran were allowed to
vote, and were treated as human beings, no such rights exist for them today. While the mullahs and hardline clerics, see the United States as a threat to their ability to govern the Iranian people, the people of Iran do not foster hatered towards the US.

I will have to visit WakiPaki..

A good source of gouge on the Iranian plight is actually Tom Coopers website...He has collaborated on several books discussing not only the efforts of the IRIAF, but the people behind the equipment.

http://www.acig.org

Another good source is the late Shah's son, who I might add is very prompt about answering e-mails

http://www.rezapahlavi.org

I know you guys converse with various "extremists on Waki Paki, but I don't know how far I would go to say its an athoritive source of information on the people of Iran. I have been meaning to visit it and participate in the "fun" there........

Sure, on the Waki-Paki board they hate the US. But that's only the extreme-thinking people posting there. Moderate thinking people don't go on message boards and post blazingly moderate messages about how ambivalent they feel towards the US.

Actually, one of the Iranians asked me to be a mod on his board, so i guess he liked me.

The rest of em pretty well hate me though....wonder why?

I also wonder why, Snipe. Could it be the fact that you keep reminding them that one day you (and the US Armed Forces) are going to kill them one day? Or is it just the popping of all their fantasies of their own strength?

If you mean PakDef, think it's because you were saying things like "After 9/11 I tried to re enlist. But the recruiter said I should give the younger people a chance to taste Muslim blood".

And (in-)kind things such as that. Did acting like the Mullah's really have them fuming and wanting you banned badly or whut?!

Don't worry, I'm not judging you. Not after asking if you plan on making any of the Waki-Paki's in the states dig thier own graves.

Then offering to say a dua for them. Belch in the middle of it, and shove them into thier final resting place.

Don't let it be said your not an inspiring leader. bahahaha

I agree entirely that vendeta should be served on all extremists, not only those responsiable for 9-11.....But those also responsiable for the death of such Muslim Peacemakers as Anwar Sadat..It should also be made clear by the United States, as we rid the world of this trash, that we not only do it in the name of freedom, demomocracy, and retribution for our fallen comrades, but for all of those who have gived their lives, or had them taken from them...We as Americans need to make that distinction. So while Muslim blood must be spilled in that endeavor, lets not lose sight of what "muslims" and why....If we make that clear and consciece...We have our cause. WMD justification or not. If the UN cannot back us, then who really needs them..When they support regimes such as those dictating Libya, and Cuba.....We don't need them.

More than duly noted. Shooting bin Laden in the had = as good as shooting someone in the head can get. Shooting 'Tock in the head? =BAD. Not just because it's my head either. And hopefully I'm not the only one who disagrees with the latter.
