Anyone know if spray silicon (or anything else) applied to car door seals will help keep them from becoming frozen shut by morning?

Hajji, you can run, but why die tired?

There some special reason you are asking?

There is this thing you can put around your car doors, it's called a garage. Yeah that sucked. I'm from northern maine and if there is anything, I don't know it.

Do you have a rubber door gasket because my truck doesn't and the doors never freeze.

Thanks, guys. Knew I could count on all of you for your "suggestions". It was my daughter's '91 Festiva, and I was reluctant to mess with the rubber door seals. But, wth, I don't drive it anymore! However, I do get the job of opening the thing when this happens. Silicon seems to have done the trick- no sticking this a.m. Oh, and boomer? There is a product out there by the Swedes or Finns that translates into "SuperPiss". Never caught on over here, for some reason!

Well, let's see...

Here in Texas, it was in the pleasant 70s on Saturday.

Monday morning, it was 27* (15* with wind chill).

Today the high was in the high 30s/low 40s.

This weekend's gonna be back in the 70s...

Go f***ing figure.

Extreme weather changes as described can make someone get a nasty cold.
