Alright, first of all....

Second, this kinda looks staged. First of all the camera is even THERE. Then there's the fact that the guy is barely slapping the dog. Now personally I wouldn't advise playing "tug-of-war" with a dog that latches onto your johnson, but I'd be drilling that son of a bitch right in the nose with a balled up fist rather than playing 'pattycake' with it.
