If you're into capturing streamed smut 24hrs per day (no names mentioned as to who posted this), this looks to be the right tool.

If you don't want to buy something to do the job and only capture a little bit of video, load up a copy of the Firefox browser. There is a plugin that allows streaming capture to .flv files.

What's the limitations of the demo version? Does it expire and become useless, does it nag you all the tiem to becoem an official copy or does it jus lack soem features of the ful version (and if so, which?)?

very mild nagging, so far the only limit is that you can only save 3 vids at once, you can just move the ones you saved out of the folder and save some more. There is also a 5MB limit to each vid but hey it's free and it works. I need to find one for Google vids too.

When I click "stream capture" the window that the URL's are supposed to be in pops up, but its empty. It doesn't work with youtube or myspae for me. WTF?

Dammit, after screwing with the program for a good 10 mintutes before posting that last comment, I was sure something was wrong. I'm a adumbass. I checked my firewall, and now it works great.
One question though - any free programs out there to convert .flv to .wmv or anything else?

Just FYI for everyone else- the converter only converts the first 90 seconds in demo-mode, but it does it outstandingly.
