The board is kinda slow so I thought I would post something totally not important. If you have seen the latest Army ACU lately you probably have noticed they have a neat backpack that goes with the uniform. I am not Army but I do need a new backpack, I use one a lot on my motorcycle. So I found myself on Ft Jackson Saturday and decided to go to clothing sales and see how much they are. HOLY CRAP, $114.00 for the basic one and the one with the camel pack is $140.00. Well they do have a black one that is made similar to the digitized one. It is $40.00, so if looks like Santa may bring me that one. BTW, the Army also have a neat looking black winter overcoat. I didn't price them however it did look very warm and I may find myself getting one of those for those cold morning motorcycle rides.

I have to admit that i do not miss winter time in the US Army.
