Since Czech Republic indeed is the "bridge between east and west" and has a huge number of experts on russian military technology, we're well positioned to analyze developments in Doneck and Luhansk area of Ukraine.

So, since the world media doesn't seem to have noticed and instead relies on public not-proof-of-anything sattelite imaginery, I decided I would share here recent photos proving that Russia indeniably is sending tanks to the Ukraine, because they have deployed at lest one BTR-82A (IOC in russian army 2013) and at least two T-72B3 (IOC in russian army 2013):

(Also, see video of the same vehicle, crewed presumably by Osetians pretending to be Chechens, difference between ukraine and russian variants of BTR and finally, proof that the separatist's BTR is not BTR-80, but BTR-82A instead due to presence of the TKN-4GA thermal sight)

The moset obvious difference between T-72B, which the separatists could have taken from Ukraine, and T-72B3, which is world-exclusive to the Russian Army, is the thermal sight / missile guidiance system Sosna-U which has replaced the old 1K13.

The destroyed turret of T-72B3 is laying on Ukraine on the fighting ground below Ilovajsk; Ukraine has captured one, separatists/Russians were fighting with the other one, both were destroyed.

Be advised that the russian Secretary of Defense, Sergei Shoigu, has converted the russian army into quite combat-worthy force by doing real surprise checks on various bases -- checks about he didn't tell anyone but his driver/pilot, so the bases didn't have time to prepare for inspection -- and thus made all first line units constantly combat-ready. It is therefore absolutely impossible that the elite 20th guards armored brigade "lost" one of their new T-72B3s without anyone noticing -- that is no longer possible.

Video showing more russian T-72B3's on Ukraine territory:

It's HD720, so Sosna-U is once again clearly visible:

And it also proves where do all those SA-13/Strela-10 SAMs come from.

The way the USAF runs exercises the same way each time makes me crazy- Knowing a month in advance and even still doing it differently than real world, instead of getting a "prepare to deploy order" and believing it was real world up until the last second.

There are two different USAF's: One is the non-deployed AF that does things the way the reg is written, the other is the combat AF that does things the way they need to be done to get the mission accomplished.
Unfortunately, the first AF is so big, and slow, and resistant to doing things smartly, it is bleeding over into the combat AF and making life much more difficult than it needs to be.
In my opinion, anyway.

Well, let's hope this could change now.

Fortunately, the Russians gave the West the much needed "wake-up call" and although I believe there isn't going to be any WW3 with Moscow, finally people are starting to realize that canceling the army or getting rid of the capability to wage full-scale, regular war instead of "terrorism policing" on adversaries three technological generations behind isn't such a smart thing to do.

Russian "First Channel" has published photos supposedly showing Ukraine "MiG-29" (Su-27 really) shooting down Malaysian flight 17.

I have a proof that this is a fake: the "sattelite photo" is showing MH17 at least 12,6km south of it's real/true flight path:

This image could be visually shrinked. View original size

(purple line is real MH17 flight path, down from it is the exact location of "MH17" from First CHannel's fake foto mapped exactly on it, in the window on the left is a grab of the fake MH17 to see it's indeed "photographed" from the right side /see where tail goes/.)

Since the B777 on that fake is taken from the right side, it is being projected more northwards than it would be above ground, so really, on the fake "satelite photo", MH17 could be as far as 10 miles from it's genuine flight path.

This is PR equivalent of Sinking of Lusitania or the Tonkin Guld Incident.

I hope this isn't a prequel to full-size russian invasion somewhere or something like that.
