You know my wife has taken this tough. So I had her call the crisis line last night that fema put together--well in typical government fasion the line was busy.

I got a picture in my mind of some poor smuk with a shot gun trying to call to talk him out of it getting beep beep beep.

Even worse have you guys been following the story on why the levees failed down here. Seem the main the levee that failed was being inspected by engineers with binoculars and minimum wage grass cutters.

The Army Corp is admitting they didnt follow their levee maintenance and inspection protocols. But what ya gonna do the Army is exempt from lawsuits. This is the story keeps getting better and better. Will keep you guys updated but you could not write this stuff--on days they were inspected the engineers had a set meal time so all inspections had to end by that time.
