Got an Email tonight that had apparantly been sent to lots of Hawgletts. It was one of those E.D. adds and not a very classy one either lol.
It was titled "RE:Your Life" and these are the EMails that were associated with it:

Anybody recognise this as having gotten started on thier system before it raided thier address book and spamed it out to the rest of us, or did the WT database get hacked? I recognise 7 addys off the top of my head, several of those arnt in MY address book at Yahoo.

This is a spam search engine. I see one particular email addy that was not in a members profile but had been posted openly in a post.

This is why it is always good to utilise an online based email system like Gmail and Yahoo.

me neither dude, I dont get this "net stuff" lol I have a buddy who does it for a living but I havent heard from him for a couple of days, he's kinda swamped with clients and HIS internet service has been buggy due to rain getting into comcast's system lol
As you can tell by the addys Yahoo was targeted.

Yeap got one in my email but that's why I use a yahoo email address to begin with. Seems like anytime you sign up for anything over the net it ends up on someones spam list.

Mines not on there with my ISP JUNKMAIL addy, but I put my yahoo one on there to see if it shows up later.

I see some I know but I dont use their Yahoo. accounts like alot of the rest when talking to each other.

This happened on the other board I was moderating on, someone signed-up and started mining "Yahoo" addy's one of the members was a "Cyber GEEK and tracked the person down .

I'm on the list too. Big deal. It goes in the spam bin like the 200 other spam mails I get on a daily basis. Thats why you dont use a personal email addy on a message board if your not prepared for something like this to happen.
