It's been dropping pretty fast for a couple months now. It's the only GOOD news out there at all. |

Yeah lets hope it stays that way. The local gas station that i go to is down to $2.15 for 85 and $2.30 for 87. I couldn't believe when i only spent $37.00 to fill my tank the other day. |

It's down to 2.00 even where i buy gas. In New Jersey it's in the 1.80ish range. If oil stays steady at 53.00 a barrel for about 3 weeks gas will be down to about 1.75 a gallon probably. |

I wish I was back in the states, its $1.57 a litre in the UK and a full tank will cost me $70. At least it is better than before I left on holiday in September when it was $1.90 for a litre and $90 for a tank full of unleaded. Neil |

It's around 1.69 in St Louie. Probably $.10 or so less out in the hinterlands. Hope it stays like this at least through Christmas for all those who need to travel. |

I find it amazing that before the election, the high price of oil was all the fault of the president. Now that the election is over and the price is under $50/barrel, it's supply and demand. Go figure. OC |

Yeah, very odd indeed. I am thoroughly enjoying it though. I currently have 1/2 a tank of gas in my car and saw that it was down to $2.02 last night and considered getting it just because lol. |

Don't be surprised if it hits $35.00 a barrel before it stabilizes. |

Crude shot up 9% yesterday to about $50.00/bbl, not sure what happened with it today. EDIT: It's back down another 6% today. ![]() |
