If anyone is interested in comics (or has children that they would like to get more in to reading) you should know that this Saturday, May 1st is free comic book day. Comic stores all over the US are giving away piles of free books to get people in to reading.
The books are usually fairly decent and the fact that they are free makes them even better. I'll be attending a local shop that i go to, as i have for the past few years. Its a fun experience and i would recommend it to anyone to try out.
The books available are for all ages, the stores usually give you a bag of books for your age group. Hope this is of some interest to anyone.
