Yes, for the Iraqi's.
The TV station has been fried by an E-bomb.

I was suggesting to someone yesterday that they should take out the target in the exact same manner.

The station is actually situated within a day care center.
I'm guessing the only colateral damage is probaly a bunch of Tickle-Me-Elmos(if they even have them).

Because it was a meeting place for RG and a daycare center it was probably e-bombed during the day and obliterated during the night.
