I just love the movie, and i was having a discussion with a buddy about Skinheads(Who just beat some poor muslim guy half to death in Kalifornia), and we both spit that line out in unison.

Forgive my ignorance, but I was barely in High school in 91, whats the deal with Speicher, besides hes been missing since then? What did he fly, why didn't we go after him or did we, how is it, if he was alive all this time haven't I heard more about him?? Can someone fill me in? I guess its easier to get the skinny here than looking upo olde news articles. Also, what do you guys, and gals think, is he alive?? Will we find him? "....where's the kaboom?....there's supposed to be an earth shattering kaboom!!" |

Heard on FOXs the other day that his initials were found in a cell wall that is all I think they said. My guess is he was a POW for a short while but I do not feel that he made it more then a few hours or days. He was a USN pilot whose F-18 was downed by a Mig-25 in ODS. Many would say that becuase the USN TRIED to play it off as something other than an air to air loss against an obsolete russian fighter that they were not really interested in finding him, only to have him say his Hornet got splashed by a Mig.
