It has to be a web based picture. Just a picture from your computer won't work. To add an avatar, enter your profile and insert the adress of your pic in the avatar line. It should show up. "Retreat, hell! We just got here!"-Captain Lloyd Williams, 2nd Marine Division, Belleau Wood, France, WWI |

go here to the bottom of the page. http://www.fas.org/man/dod-101/sys/ship/bb-61.htm right click any of these pics and select "properties", that will be the "avatar URL" your looking for, for those smaller thumbnail pics.
