I have an older sister that is manic depressant/bi-polar it aint easy and she still isnt straightend out entirely, it DOES take a lot of work and discipline, but NOBODY can fix it for you. Much like alcoholism(she also deals with that), drug addiction, or even smoking, you can only get past it when you MAKE it happen for yourself. If you ever need to talk, you know how to get me.

Hi Chad,
I have two family members with that affliction.
The best thing to do is what you're doin': not letting your pride get in the way.
The one family member is doing just that and gradually getting better.
The other thinks they're above the help and medication; that person's life is in shambles.
