In the past couple months, I have been working as a subject matter expert for www.lo-mac.com fine tuning the flightmodels and systems in the flyable aircraft, as well as donateing time to answer questions and write articles, bridgeing the gap between military aviation and combat flight simulations. After some heated debates and Virtual Ass-kicking to prove some valuable case study points. The latest victim Photoshopped this... LOL, i've heard M&M tell tales of Mudd's prowess at flight sims. He told of a story where Mudd tangled solo with four opponents in IL-2 Sturmuvik and they were screaming 'get him off me, get him off me!' LOL |

LOL Unfortunately. M&M was configuring his Controller setup on that very first online mission. Therefore he was vulnerable while he was bending wrenches on his virtual yak-3, I made the BF109's Boomen and zooming the airfield pay for their mistake with well aimed shots from the Nose cannon on the Yak 9T. They learned very quickly that a turning fight was a bad idea, so they started the hi yo yo tactic, whis is fine. The BF109 has a superior P/W advantage. so i just maintained best climb and took a nice well aimed shot right when they apexed at the top of the loop where they were nice and slow. beautiful 5 second window as they stalled at the top. 1 shot and they would lose a wing or explode. The rest just had no clue on Torque from the prop and how to use it ot their advantage. So by maintaining a best turn to the prop rotation direction Counterclockwise, i forced them into stalls or to relax in their turns, a couple yo-yo's later and im on their six. I dont think its the shooting down that pisses them off, it is the part where i tell them how they are going to die, How im going to do it, then heres how i do it. I dont think they like my instructional course. "The power to Destroy the planet, is insignifigant to the power of the Air Force----Mudd Vader Edited by - mrmudd on Oct 29 2003 10:12 PM |
