Well guys as a father in waiting need some advice. My girl works in retail and was the store manager. But has been demoted because of "job performance". Basically due her being high risk she can not lift heavy computer hardware.

here is the joker she is the only female there. None of the males will pick up the hardware. She is expect to clean the toilets and up their messes. In addition to doing all administrative task for her job. On top of it her boss has been explicitly sexually harrassing her--I am just finding this out, she wants to keep me from jail.

One of the things he tried to get her to do was sign a contract to be submissive to him prior to our starting dating. Under the contract she would have had to give him sex and request permission to date.

This is just the tip of the Iceberg any ideas? I am pissed.

If that's all true and you're being serious, I'd talk to a lawyer.

For one thing, it sounds as if she's been discriminated against due to her "condition". Secondly, the sexual harassment is a definite red flag. You could pursue a criminal case and/or lawsuit against the guy and the company, and sue their asses off if they did in fact discriminate against her and demote her based on a physical condition.

Personally, I'd be satisfied with finding the dirtbag, smashing his face in with a brick, pouring gasoline onto his "reproductive" area, and lighting his genitals on fire, meanwhile repeatedly kicking him in the ribs, followed by a session of slamming a shovel against the base of his skull...

If it was me...and i know, it's not...i would kick his mother-loving ass on his way out to his car after work. If you don't want to risk the charges, a couple large, bored street-corner bruthas usually will work quite cheap.

Disclaimer- IF i believed the woman. I rarely believe the woman though. They never tell the whole story, nor give the correct details- in my experience.

Whilst I’m with KF, apart from the fact he’s being a bit soft on the creep, there might be another option.

I don’t know if it’s a chain of stores of just the one, but there are not many retail places that don’t rely on computers to keep track of stock, finances etc.

Get your GF to find out the most basic info about their set-up, operating system, network IP ranges or best of all any numbers for modems and then pay a visit to a hackers forum and find out what they can do with the info.
