Happy turkey day to all....especially to those serving in the military so that we can all sit around and eat and watch football all day. :)

And Happy Thanksgiving from Bagramistan! We had ours yesterday.
I guess the DFAC (don't call it a chow hall, oh no!) took some good vittles out to our guys and gals in the field yesterday. I figured I could do without a hot breakfast at work so that they could get a decent Thanksgiving meal. I know I couldn't deal with the old "Turkey breast w/ potatoes nad gravy" MRE for Turkey day!!

Did you guys hear about old G-dub? I guess he took AF-1 out for a trip to Bagdhad to have Thanksgiving with our troops over there. I thought that was pretty cool.

I loved it was where G-dub belonged with the troops.

I hope in the long run his trip takes some of the fire out of the terrorist knowing he can come and go as he pleases.

I also hope it shows the Iraqis hey work with our troops, we will be free and they will be home sooner.

It was wonderful.
