I got warm and fuzzy inside looking at those...reminising about the cold war, the good old days; Snipe, exactly what years were those?
And can you describe your first pic posting in the RV, looks like your getting up to some on-leave hijinks.

Those pix were all taken between 87-88 in basic training and AIT(OSUT) at Fort Benning Georgia.

No cameras were allowed in sniper school, and my poor little kodak disk camera didnt survive the first trip to NTC, lol.

All the pix of me with the M-21 are in the possession of an ex that i no longer see.

I have some permanent party pix with the corporal stripes, new fangled K-pot and M-203 SOME damned where.

Mudd, Dice, and M&M saw em all out in Utah, and Rob and Boomer saw em in St Louie.

I have no idea what the hell i did with them, lol.

Oh, yeah....in the first pic that would be my woman getting the 'sleeper' ready, lol.

Very little sleeping went on that night. That was my first 24 hour pass after boot and before AIT.

Oh, and after reading Poke's comments again.......

Pretty sad when I've never met someone but immediately recognize them in a 15 year-old photo (that's a rough guess, Snipe). Sharp-looking young man. I have yet to muster the courage to release photos of myself...
