I would ove to haul one of those to the local town hall and hold the selectmen hostage. That would really be fun. As a matter of fact that reminds me that I promised myself I was going to start building one this summer in the backyard.

By this time tomorrow I shall have gained either a pearage or Westminster Abbey........Nelson

I saw some chick build one of those in the back yard and then fling herself. She broke both her legs and a hip when she landed in the safety net and then bounced right off it.

Didn't the hosts from "The Man Show" fling Wee-man dressed in a beer can costume with a trebuche into a net during the Superbowl? Or was that just a giant sling shot at a different football game?

At any rate, the event made Jimmy Kimmel's recurring dream a reality.

I don't just think outside the box...I turn it inside out with my mind.

Is that on tape?

If it were possible to haul a trebuchet up to speedwell lake...have someone do a quick swim around part of it to check the depth and for any tree trunks or rocks. Then launch myself and any other volunteers into the water. <img src=icon_smile_big.gif border=0 align=middle>
