Good old John Edwards repeatly said they were going to kill the terrorist whenever and where ever they were found. Then he said to Chaney that Alquada is in 60 countries are we going to invade them all when Chaney cited a list of terrorist know as fact to have been in Iraq (Nedal, Zarkawi, Hamas, ect).

Question is if use troops kill a terrorist on another nations soil without permission from the host government isn't that an act of war or invasion technically especially if ground troops are used. DA. Unless Kerry and Edwards are going to ask the host country so they can tip off the terrorist first.

Attacking into a soveriegn country is an act of war, so the answer is yes.

The Israelies have a long tradition of whacking or extracting "non-desirables" on foreign soils, and all the host nations ever did was bitch, even after the Isrealies had murdered an innocent person after misidentifying him as a terrorist.

Does not change the fact that it is in fact an act of war to attack a foriegn nations forces, whether it be on their own soil, or abroad.

of course, that does not mean that war will be 'declared', just that it is an act of war nonetheless.

Not so much that they only wanted to bitch. Mossad seems to do pretty well at skipping town after ending a target, or accidently killing the wrong person.

There's the case of Zemelkhan Yanderbiyev's asassination in Qatar, and the two Russian Agents that were arrested and sentenced to life imprisonment. Get caught and one better be prepared for the same amount of mercy one shows in that line of work.
