ITS GOING TO BE TOO LATE FOR SOME,BUT SOME WILL BENEFIT FROM IT. AND ALOT OF WIDOWS AND CHILDREN OF THESE VETS WHO HAVE PASSED WILL BE IN LINE FOR BENEFITS,MEDICAL,EDUCATIONAL ASST.
