two, points: Everyone get's scared shitless, and you really don't know what was going through his head to make him snap to the point he has to go the enemy as a means of protection. anyways who the hell goes to the enemy for protection against being killed? so he's not to bright. Two: He perrty much was in jail for 40 years. they didn't let him leave they made him do that stupid work. He had no freedom and he was beaten. That seems like punishment enough.
