If anybody has seen the most recent StrongBad e-mail, that's exactly what I experienced. *If I moved one of my dektop items it immediately made a copy of it. Then a "copy of a copy", then a "copy, of a copy, of a copy"...you get the picture. *If I used my mouse scroll button, it would make the font larger or smaller rather than just scroll down the page. *Lastly, and worst of all: If I opened a file, a different file would open up. I scanned with Ad-Aware, rebooted my "Compy", and the problem went away. On a last note, I did update my virus definitions recently. Would anyone of you computer scientists have an idea of what the hell happened!!??? |
