If you have a PayPal account, I would not do this if I were you. I got this by email just a couple minutes ago:

The only problem is, I HAVE NEVER HAD A PAYPAL ACCOUNT!!!!! Yet they had my correct email address (which I XXX'd out in this post). I have a sneaking suspicion that this is a scam to get PayPal passwords! Don't fall for it, guys and gals!!!

I wouldn't be surprised if it was another scam, people are always out to steal money in what ever ways they can trick people into!

Something I was told is to never use the link in the e-mail to redo passwords or whatever. And this doesn't just go for PayPal.

Sure looks like a phishing expedition...note the spelling/grammar errors. I've received several from banks with legitimate names, but I don't have accounts with them. When I tried to forward one of them to the bank, the message turned to gibberish!

So, you have trouble. We all have trouble. Build a bridge and get over it.
