I had a power source (PS) go out on me a couple of weeks ago and last night my puter shut-off and wouldn't turn back on. Open the case this morning and was looking at removing the PS again and moved some wires around...it turned back on??
There's a lot of dust inside so I'm going disconnect all the leads, clean everything and see what happens. Hopefully I will be back on-line later today....

I blew 3 Computers up in the course of this winter. Snailing by on a 800MHZ vintage 1997 machine at the moment.

Good news.... Broadband internet company is uping bandwidth to 4MBIT this week..

Well not sure what happen last night but cleaned the puter out and it seems to be doing fine. All the fans are working and the connections seem to be good, I'm stumped???

If there was alot of dust in there that not an unlikely suspect. Dust causes alot more problems than most people realize. It causes alot of heat buildup. Since I custom buily my PC, I take <i>alot</i> of care of it, and blow the dust out of the inside of it about every other month.

Pry to this event I did change my PS after it went bad on me, you think I may need a larger case fan now? I've have it shut-off on me during sim play but, I believe that was due to having to small of a PS, this is the first time it shut-down and would not trun right back on?? Just have to wait and see what happens....
