They don't have one of those "Forgot your password?" links?
Most file-sharing/FTP/picture-hosting sites have some sort of 'security question-incase-you-forget-your-password' type of setup, but if not then I don't know how you'd go about resetting/recovering your password. Maybe look for a 'Contact Us' link on the site and explain what's going on...?
Back to your original statement, you say you have the password stored in Windows Explorer - how exactly do you mean? Like <i>Internet Explorer</i>, meaning that when you go to the website it auto-fills the login/password info for you? If that's the case, then for future reference I'd advise against having IE "remember" your passwords - for several reasons (not trying to preach, but I just wouldn't do it, this case being one of those reasons).
If you've already installed a new version of Windows or whatnot, I'm thinking that your stored password is already gone. I'm thinking you'll have to go about contacting someone related to the FTP site to get this straightened out, Dice... unless someone else knows how you can "recover" stored passwords.
