This was a bit of swag that I built for a friend and fellow CATM instructor who retired last summer. Another CATM instructor friend of ours bought the sword, a replica 1800 Army NCO Sword that was built in 1930.
The top is attaced to the rack verticals and lifts out with it's own base.
The coins are a pair of CATM challenge coins.

The rack and case are made from Curly Cherry with an oil/poly finish, and the red backing is a remnant of an old range flag, (one of the old 5' X 18' flags).
