This is my rendition of the Revell 1/48 HAWG....

Sweet kit! This was done for the FineScale Modeler website group build, wasn't it? Tell us about the idea behind the group build and why you picked the scheme you did!

Thanks !!!! Actually it was done for the ModelCarCafe group build... The A-10 was my only choice for a project, I'm into musclecars, & I like my planes to have muscle too!!!! It don't get much more muscle then this!!!! I remember seeing footage of the Hawgs stationed in Afghansatan, built this to depict one of those... Don't know how close I am with the camo, but it looks good to me so I went with it...

1/48 scale. Did you brush him with paint? And how long and wide is it?
When I see this, I know that I really need to make a model of an A-10 scale 1/72 (scale that I mostly use)
