I live in Atlanta and I never heard of this prank. I would have been so pissed if I was one of the cars behind those kids. They are right though. The 55 limit is obviously stupid and makes everyone a scofflaw. This is a pretty unusual protest for college kids. They must be geeks from Georgia Tech.

Ninety percent of the game is half mental.
