Whilst driving up the M6 yesterday I was passed extremely rapidly (I now do the speed limit everywhere, they were doing at least 130+) by a silver Aston Martin Vantage and a little way behind a black BMW 6 series (possibly an M).

One was the most perfect, most beautiful, snap my clay stylus in half because I'll never craft anything so exquisite again, example of a 2 door GT coupe and the other was a messy cobbled together design inspired by an origami depiction of a pile of shit.

Any idea which was which?

Homer, I think BMW are one of the best engineered non exotic cars on the road. The M6 will still be going 20 years after the Aston has died.

But...

The new 'flame' design style is crap. And the Aston was sooooo beautifull!

And...

In the UK (and this only applies to the UK), the people who choose to drive them (i.e. not given them as a company car) are total wankers. They seem to make it their mission to break every rule on the road and behave like total dickheads to every other driver.

the DB9 is very nice, but i like the style of my 928 better. To me the 928 will always be the ultimate expression of the GT concept.
