It's worth as much as someone is willing to pay for it. On a serious note, I don't think the CSX's are hot commodities. But there will always be someone who wants it. Especially with the spare motor and trans. My guess is that you might pull $7,000 if it's mint with the extras. Throw it up on E-bay with a reserve to see what you could get for it.

Porsche 928S...fastest production car in the world. (<--smiley to be interpreted as a shit eating grin) Mopar put that turbo 4 motor in almost everything at one time or another, i've seen them in Minivans. I had an 85 Daytona Turbo, it was an OK car.

Comparing boosted to N/A cars is not exactly useful as by it's very nature a blower drives volumetric efficiency through the roof. If the 928 was ever made as a turbo, it would be a much more \"apples to apples\" comparison. (there are aftermarket turbo kits for the 928 that make btw 450-650hp at a mere 5-10psi) My particular 928 is 4.7 liters, 300 rear wheel horsepower, curb wieght is 2900lbs. My daytona turbo had the 146SAE HP (according to mopar) Turbo I motor. It wasnt in a stock 928s class- nor even remotely close- in any category. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=a8FGmzLx1zE

When it was made it was the fastest. All the other cars you listed aren't considered \"production\". It's a pretty easy claim to back up, the 928S4 held the production top speed world record for a good long while. It was a bone stock 928S4 that set the record in 1986 at 172.xxx in Bonneville. (as it will dominate a 328 or an S4 will dominate a 348). My 928 is not stock, hence the huge HP figures compared to a stock shark of the same year. My 928 is also 450lbs lighter than stock. A fair while back I recon because I've got the book he says it in And right now he thinks the GM Monaro VXR is the best performance per $ or £ in the world. I've loved the 928 since I was a kid so this is said with a fair bit of respect. It was never a sports car. It was designed to be a GT...

Look everybody loves their own cars that's why they buy them. All I'm saying is there is nothing about the performance or power figures that makes it special. And you never said when it was the fastest, just like the stunt Snipe pulled quoting the 928 as the worlds fastest. Tell us when and then we'll compare like for like. But when you start saying you can blow away Honda's you're saying your happy to fight in their division. So all of a sudden your bhp per litre don't look so good. Don't quote the facts out of context and no smart ass punk Europeans will have a pop Still I will give you that 210 ft lbs is decent so I bet it torque steers like a bastard... And for the record I still hate Hondas...
