Some moron drove into it last week in a parking lot, should get a new paintjob out of the deal, i hope.

I miss that car, and i remember all our fun trips in it.

Yeah, he had insurance. It's in the shop now.

Should be as good as new when i get it, and shinier than it has been in a looong time.

I am quite excited.

How do you manage to hit a car in a parking lot, ugh people are dumb.

It's at the body shop now. This place is doing all the prep work, i know the owner.

After it's done getting the full prep job, it's going to another shop where my old man gets about 30 cars painted a year, and they're gonna spray it with their best 2 stage base coat clear coat paint.

I may go a little lighter in shade, i have to see how much it will cost to get the door jambs, underhood and underhatch area painted.

It should be all done in 7-14 days.
