I know this subject will make a lot of you cringe, but I recognize some of the callsigns on this forum from eBay auctions for A-10 patches, so I thought I would take the plunge and see if we could start a thread for those of us who collect...

Right now I have nearly 100 A-10 patches, and my collecting has slowed down as the same old shit is showing up on eBay or the prices are getting ridiculous. I have some good sources both in the US and in Europe, so if anyone is interested please post a reply here. Also, if you have any good sources please post them as well. I don't have much to trade, but I am sure we could work some deals to everyone's satisfaction.

By the way, there are some sweet patches in the photos section that I have never seen before, such as the A-10 NAIL patch. I'd love to know where I could snag one...

Started collecting when daughter was born in '84,
was A-10 from 75-96.

I'm hoping that the Det 1 patch doesn't go much higher....I'm getting a late start on the collecting so I'm trying to grab as many as I can.

Did you get the Det 1 patch? I might be able to find one if you didn't. I also have a wierd Det 1 patch, made in Germany and green...email me and I will send you a pic.

This is a nasty hobby to get in to, the more you have the more you want. Lots of fun!

I have some good -new and old A-10 patches to trade.
My collection is at 1146 patches, all A-10 and A-10 related(avionics,
weapons, comps, exercises, test and a variety of systems and miscl.
hog stuff). Is a fun hobby, but the wife fails to see the point!!
So, if any of you 'Hoggers want to do some trading, let me know...
