Great pic Dutchy, must be a museum piece on the move.

Well, it was on its' way to be a museum peice... that was the WLT jet from Eielson.
It was sent out to Robbins AFB, GA, to be a static in front of the museum there after we got BRAC'd.
I have some pics of when it was parked on lima being taken apart that summer, then it sat in front of the phase hangar for a bit until a C-5 came and picked it up around October-ish.
I believe that was only the second time ever an A-10 has gone in a C-5.

Found the pics on Eielson's webpage. Good memory, 305 was moved October 6th 2007.
