Me, being but a lowly ex-grunt, and therefore none too intelligent...i am lucky to even be able to count to 33.....much less 34(that does come after 33, right?).

I dare say most of the USAF types in here would have at least as hard of a time trying to accurately discuss US Army equipment.

I was a freakin sniper. I crawled around and shot things. In all honesty, it didn't matter one whit if i knew anything about the A-10 besides what it looked like(so as to not shoot at it), and that i should duck when it rolled in on a target.

Anything beyond that was unneccesary knowledge for my MOS.

Anyway, stop breaking my balls, it's beginning to annoy me.

Didn't know people were giving out tours of the Hog.

Just to put the offer out, I'd be more than happy to give any of you Hog fans a tour of the hog and possibly (probably) a flight in the simulator if you live in/around Michigan. That is, after we get back home and a take a vacation.

We also travel to many an air show every year. I think I did 8 or 10 last year. This year maybe I'll post where I'm going and I can possibly meet some of y'all. I get somewhere in the neighborhood of 5 or 10 free airshow passes for every show I go to. I'll be sure to let you guys know.

If any of y'all are interested, let me know. And yes, we do take airshow appearance requests. I personally like to go to the out of the way little airshows. The big shows always have the cool planes. This little never seem to get much of a chance. But I try to do my little part.

And Weasel or any other moderator: the profile is not letting me change my e-mail address. The one listed is from 3 years ago. It's now tinygiant@earthlink.net. If you can, please change it for me. The profile program says that e-mail is already in use. I guarantee I'm on the only one with it. And how can I only be a junior member after 2+ years? <img src=icon_smile.gif border=0 align=middle> I know, I know, I don't write enough.
