asswan draggin....the 25th FS is known as the "Assam Draggins"...I don't think "a-sswan" is a draggin more like a bird....

While working as the Range Officer for Pohakuloa Training Area in Hawai'i, we were told that the AF was planning on turning the A-10s over to the Army. The A-10s were using the range at the time, and the FAC said it was in the planning phases. Does anyone remember this, I have a case of beer bet on it. There was also an article in the Army Times about the plan. This was in 1989 or 1990.
