I hate to bust the bubble, and it sucks this happaned.
But copyright law applies to 70% of the detail.
If a party makes 30% changes to your product. He can produce, distribute, sale the product.
It sucks but thats one of the many loopholes out govt allows for fair competition practices.
Intellectual property and PAtent laws are differnt.
However nothing stops you from Takeing it to Arbitration.

laws have changed.. least here in the UK anyway the originator has 100% protection over here now..
and even with 30% how do you change a drawing by 30%?
