122FW Indiana ANG is the new baby brother to the A-10 community. Hope we can make you all proud!

In the video, acft 944 was the one I worked on and launched out from Moody so it was kind of cool seeing it on the news back home. :)

Hey Mike,
Last month Howdy got tired of the Eagle thing and left to go take the Weapons and Tactics job in Indiana. Another good crew chief and pilot all wrapped up in one..............................gone. Definetly their gain and our loss.

Caught, reconfigured tanks and weapons racks, and turned 152 and 230 from WG in Ft Wayne to Hill for C-mod today (with a layover at Barksdale). Good looking jets! I worked 230, LtCol Fink was the driver...cool guy.

I'm thinking I've ran across a Howdy...because I immediately started singing the Twisted Sister song \"Captain Howdy\" in my head when I saw him...but I'm not sure when or where. Been on too many TDYs this year...spent as much time on the road for TDY, schools, HOTS, and acceptance as I have at home.

Here's 230 and 152 as the left Friday morning. Just 2 jets left at WG. About 2 weeks and they leave, and then.....empty ramp. It's weird there now....like a ghost town. And still no new mission confirmed.
Also had 658 fly a local sortie....I think the last one. Nothing more till last 2 leave. Take good care of 'em when you get Weasel! It'll be weird to see them without the PA, but at least they will be still be fighting the fight!!
