Anyone know where I can get a copy of the accident report for 78-0695 that crashed in Louisiana on 28 August 1993? |

Don't think you'll have a lot of luck with that one. Accident reports, no matter how old, are For Official Use Only. You might find a sanitized version somewhere but there won't be a lot of info in it. OC |

Documents that are \"For Official Use Only\" are exempt from public release under one of the nine exemptions of FOIA (usually (b)(2) Internal Personnel Rules and Practices)... AIBs are public record, but SIBs are not... |

I think it was 92. I was at BAFB when it happened. It was one of our Arts as I remember. Pilot error. Leroy |
