This is from Season 10 Episode 7. Original air date 11/27/11. It was during a Cobra Commander cutaway.

The screenshot is from Family Guy. They did a GI Joe cutaway gag- Stewie made a comment about a doll without a face looking like one of Cobra Commanders soldiers.

I have a Soldier Force IV A-10 Strike Set similar to this stuffed away in a closet somewhere in this house...
