A MK-48 gunner is engaged in an intense firefight with 10-15 insurgents 50-100 meters away in Afghanistan. An A-10 is called in to engage with it’s 30mm cannon on the enemy positions striking several times.

I can see why they like to practice in Yakima. The pine, shale, and terrain reminds me of a number of stomping grounds throughout eastern Washington.
