What do ENJJPT and SUPT stand for? UPT= undergrad pilot training, but what about the rest? Enlighten the newbie! Thanks.

SUPT is Specialized Undergraduate Pilot Training, you may more commonly see it written as JSUPT, which is Joint SUPT.

Joint isn't Air Force language. It's a military term in general. Joint refers to multiple US services working on a single project or team. Combined means multiple nations working on a single project or team.
