What is the deal with this mad Rabbit Maintenance sticker I see on a lot of Hawgs coming through depot???

If you turn the mad rabbit upside down it is the warthog face from CT's patch! They were doing a mod over there. We cycled our jets through there also. I think it was EGI or LARS?

It's from the 103FW Avionics element. It originated during the ANG LARS/CMS TCTO that were installed at Bradely, CT. A couple of the individuals involved with the mod are now full time technicains who continue to use it as a ZIT, I mean ZAP!
