Sounds like a great idea to me Hawgwild, connect the past to the present. If I’m not mistaken it looks like someone in Osan has the Ridge runner on their door already. I don’t know where this comes from because I have not been able to get any background info on the door. Maybe a pilot or CC who's a Razorback fan??
I also like this door from Barksdale (bottom image) which kinda works on your idea but takes it a little further. It shows Daisy holding Osama in one hand and Yamamoto (I think) in the other. A P-50 on one side of the door and the A-10 on the other, linking the past to the present.
