Only what we know is:
510th TFS, 81st TFW
81-0944 / WR (cn A10-0639)
Maybe somebody worked there in the period of this painting?

Don't know where that aircraft is now but it's no longer assigned to the 81st. Just got done working all their jets and there was no 944.

81-0944 was at Eielson. I'm not sure where it went when we shut down, I'll ask at work if anyone remembers.

There's only one 944 and it moved from WR to Grissom and then to Eielson. I saw it yesterday here at Hill sitting in the paint-barn, it's headed to Bosie ID, it had the \"Gremlin\" on the door before but, the door was closed yeasterday so I could tell for sure.

Its still had that door when it left Eielson. The words \"AIRCRAFT INFESTED\" was scratched out a while ago though.
