Post subject:  Old Eielson doors
Jackb, saw your old jet today and the door art is still there just a little worst for wearer. My God Jack the nose on that jet is beat all to hell!! :shock:

I've seen a couple of old Eielson jets like 187 and they all still have the door arts on them. So just like during the last BRAC units who never were allowed door art (Pope/DM) have art in their units now....wonder how long it will last this time? Maybe until the first ORE/ORI???

All the jets from Eielson at Moody still have there art, and nothing been said about it so far. A few of the Jets from Pope have \"art\" on them too, but not as decorative as Eielsons. One has markings from OIF (the first deployment in 2002), one has some demo stuff at least one other has a drawing made of the smae material the name son the jet are made of.

Does 238 still have the girl on the NLG door? I figured that its days were numbered, b/c the door was on a gap waiver.

If you could get me a picture of it in its current state I'd appreciate it.
