I've never seen it before, and think it's eye candy if only because of the 'USAF A-10' on it (uncommon for a unit patch); but I will post on USAFPatches.com and ask...

So far the consensus is that it's eye candy...mainly because there were no A-10s at Fairford...

Someone claimed it is eye candy from Terrane...which is confirmed from their web site...
