Tomorrow, 28 August, is it 20 years ago that Frecce Tricolori crashed at the Ramstein Airshow. 70 people are killed and hunderds are serious wounded.

Weeks before the crash i saw Frecce Tricolori in the Netherlands, also they had there problems. I thougth one birdhit and a startproblem.

If I am not mistaken as a result of this tragic accident air show corordinators and base safety officals imposed more stringent guidelines as to how close spectators are allowed to get to the flyby demostration area due to the high number of civilian casualties. :( [salute]
