To be honest, I wasn't sure what airframe had dropped this one, so put it here JIC.
Fact is, it's more than likely more an issue with the TER and the BDU adapters and the little lock tool that loaders are supposed to use to ensure that the bomb is fully engaged in the hook. It could happen from an A-10 just as easily as an F-16.
Another thing I noticed in the video, was that the BDU-33 they showed, so people could see what it is, had bent tail fins from being over torqued with tightening the sway brace adaptor. Couldn't begin to guess how many of those I'd flattened just over the 4 years I loaded.
