That is most definitely not from any operational A-10. To the best of my knowledge (which is rather limited), there's only been one INS in the A-10 and it's currently being replaced by EGI. And that's not the INS.

Hey, this is just a really wild guess, but could it be out of some sort of cargo plane, like a C-130 or C-141? The bottom position on that rotary switch on the left side looks like it's marked "air drop".

Take a look at the following link. About half way down the page, there's an INS that looks remarkably like your pictures. Looks like it's from a C-130. Although there's the possibility is was used in more than one type of aircraft.

It's not from an A-10 INS nor WCS (I'm an x-G&C troop), looks like something I once saw on a C-130 gunship. JKA
